The Weekend

Well we had a pretty good weekend. We didn't do a whole lot, but it was good none the less. We got up yesterday morning and decided not to go to church because we all were not feeling that well. So, we waited around a while and then got dressed and went to Fatz for lunch. After Fatz, we went to Wal-Mart and picked out some material to make a quilt for Adam's bed. My parents bought him a picture while they were in Atlanta a few weeks ago and the picture had animals in it. Adam is a HUGE animal fan so we decided to do his room in animals. We have a little ways to go before his room will be finished. With this being an old house and my grandparents never did any upkeep on the house, we have to basically transform Adam's room before it will be ready. I'm gonna tear down wallpaper and paint the room, buy a rug because the floor is not carpeted, and then get his bed ready and then we should be good to go. I really wanna find some letters somewhere that I can spell out his name and put it on the wall. If anyone has any suggestions, let me know. I know they have them at Wal-Mart in the craft section, but I don't think they are quite big enough. So anyway, to wrap it all up..we had a good weekend just spending time with each other.
